Here at TC Translators, confidentiality is of the utmost importance.

We will not share your information with anyone. No matter the subject. All of our clients have the same rights, regardless of their business type or size.

There are professional and personal reasons why you may not want your information shared. We realize and we honour that.

For this reason, at times, we may be unable to answer specific questions prospective or current clients may have about other current or previous clients. We are more than happy to answer general questions (such as, what type of documents did we translate), but when it comes to intricate details (for example, what were the document's terms), we are unable to answer your questions.

Under no circumstances will we knowingly provide any information whatsoever about translation we may have received to any of your competitors.
